Being kind to yourself isn’t always as easy as it sounds . Most of us are incredibly hard on ourselves but if we think positive thoughts and we don’t judge ourselves about every single thing we can make our lives better. Recognise that what you are experiencing is normal , you are not alone , and that life is challenging sometimes . Notice and accept both positive and negative emotions; they are both part of being human . If you would like to live in a kinder, happier, more peaceful world , you can help make that happen , simply by doing and being those things yourself . It includes learning to forgive and love yourself and others ; it requires enough courage to be open and to think the best of yourself and others . In the end , if you consciously practise daily kindness it will become automatic . It will transform your life and connect you more deeply with everything . Kindness can change the world . You just have to believe that it works that way, be nice to others and yourself. Life can take you by surprises but never give up, think positive and then things always work out.
