Wonder always // Dublin //

Dublin (2)January adventures – Dublin!

Me and my friend were planning this trip for almost a year now and we finally did it, we bought tickets to Dublin . Dublin is the capital and largest city of Ireland. Ireland is a sovereign state in north-western Europe. It’s basically an island next to United Kingdom. Incredible place to visit at least once in your lifetime or more then once , I will definitely visit again . The atmosphere, live music everywhere ,the people , the beer ,it was amazing !

We stayed at this lovely hostel just next to the most famous bar in Dublin , it didn’t cost much and the staff was really nice! – Barnacles hostel !

We spent a lot of our time in these two bars, I would say they are the most touristy places where people go , specially Temple bar, it’s always full with people dancing and singing. And the other bar is Quays bar, these were definitely our favourite places for night out if you love live music all night long and meeting new people !

  • Temple bar :

  • Quays bar:

They have this weird offer that seems to be a big thing there – Guinness and Oyster , what is that all about? haha

Processed with VSCO with p5 presetThey do love Guinness, everywhere you look they have posters, paintings and advertisements . It’s all about the Guinness !

So of course if you are in Dublin you have to go to Guinness Storehouse ( Brewery ) , well my favourite beer is Guinness so I had to go and see how and where it’s made , you even get free Guinness that you can pour it yourself, that place was my little paradise! I will write a separate post just about the brewery.

As we wondered more around the city , we found some lovely food places !

One of them was Chinese restaurant – Yamamori noodles the food was really nice and not very expensive and I just love noodles !

Another really nice food places was AbraKebabra which is more like kebab takeaway but that was the best kebab I have ever had !

Of course I had to also find some nice little coffee shops , so we found this little cosy place called Tang Food , the atmosphere , staff and food was lovely !

And another nice food place I would suggest is Bubble Waffle Factory. They taste amazing, the soft waffles and all of the flavours.

You definitely have to visit Dublin one ,two or even more times in your life.  Here is some more pictures when I was wondering around city.

Hope you enjoyed this post. Until next time.

With love!

  5. You should be a tour guide! I am going to Dublin (and Cork) in a few weeks. Now I don’t need a guide book! I’ll just cut and paste your blog entry into Word and call it “Dublin Guide Book.” I may have to click your “contact” link for more tips! (Also, it’s always nice to see you check in on my blog.) 6. Thanks. I will think of a Dublin question soon 🙂 Btw, the original plan was to be hitchhiking through central England at that time, which, if I recall from a previous blog entry, is your turf. But life’s army of unrelated matters has corralled me to Ireland 🙂
