Stay trippy, Little hippie

Stay close to people who feel like sunshine!

I have learned to ignore things that I can’t change because that is one of the greatest paths to inner peace. When you can’t control what is happening, challenge yourself to control the way you respond to what is happening. Everyday I choose healing for my heart, mind, body and spirit. Because I know that this journey is my own unique experience.

Peace is accepting today , realising yesterday , and giving up the need to control tomorrow. Life is short . Don’t waste it being sad . Be who you are, be HAPPY, be FREE , be WHATEVER YOU WANT TO BE.

And one day it just clicks . You realize what’s important and what isn’t . You learn to care less about what other people think of you and more about what you think of yourself. AND YOU SMILE . You smile because you’re truly proud of yourself and the person you have fought to become. I still believe that positive energy can heal the universe.

Be the one who embraces life to the fullest. promotes peace, love and happiness!

” Maybe the moon just lost herself gazing too long at the brilliance of the sun and that’s how she got her glow . And maybe we are made of the same mysterious sort of magic that makes us magnify and mirror whatever we look at the most .” – Cristen Rodgers.

THIS. It took me a long time to learn and can’t say I always get there but it’s something I’m working on and it definitely helps in difficult situations. 🙂

  2. I love the Bob Marley quote! I’ve always believed that we make too much of money and status, and not nearly enough of the truly important qualities a person can possess. Things like compassion, integrity, and grace are worth so much more than gold.

  3. Your words really resonated with me, and I needed them. I have been struggling with a chronic illness that I think might be rooted in some of my emotional baggage. I’m working hard to be at peace with where I am right now and recognize that what’s happened in the past doesn’t need to impact today. I can’t change it so I need to let it go. And there is no use worrying about tomorrow – it will happen as it will. Thank-you for your lovely reminder.
