img_9843I started meditation almost 2 years ago. There’s still so many things I have to learn but every day there is a chance for me to learn something new . Meditation takes a long time to learn. The goal of meditation isn’t to control your thoughts , it’s to stop letting them control you. So always remember that everything you need, your courage, love and compassion ; everything you need is already within you! Meditation is really good for you especially if you do it daily : it lowers the stress level, helps you concentrate ,protects you against mental health conditions, helps process emotions and it helps you think more creatively, there is just so many benefits from daily meditation. It is often used to clear the mind and ease many health concerns, such as high blood pressure, depression and anxiety. Meditation has a calming effect and directs to not give up until pure awareness is achieved, described as “being awake inside without being aware of anything except awareness itself.” As well as daily meditation, mindfulness meditation is very helpful.

Mindfulness is the psychological process of bringing one’s attention to experiences occurring in the present moment, which can be developed through the practice of meditation and other training. Large population-based research studies have indicated that the practice of mindfulness is strongly correlated with greater well-being and perceived health. It’s all about the breathing, taking deep breaths helps your body to relax and helps your mind to just be in present moment. And there’s growing research showing that when you train your brain to be mindful, you’re actually remodeling the physical structure of your brain. It’s amazing. I will share with you guys my inspiration, she helped me a lot to start my meditation routine. She has plenty of yoga, meditation and just travel videos.

  1. Nice to read this. Keep on. I’ve been meditating for a long time and now just fall into it many times each day for short periods instead of setting aside specific times. It has changed me, changed my view of life since I adopted Taoist inspired meditation. Namaste, Wonderseeker.

  3. Meditation is knowing oneself through the experience of bliss of oneness. The systematic steps of Yoga withdraw the mind from the external senses and make it concentrate inward. This internal focus harmonizes the mind with cosmic consciousness.   4. I love incorporating meditation in my daily life. It helps me a lot in getting trough my dark moments. And you don’t have to be sitting still for an extended period of time to meditate. That simple mantra ” I choose to be grateful for everything I have . To be kind to myself and others. Happy to be alive, present, here and now. Namaste.” is a good one. I am gonna adopt it.
